Green and environmentally friendly new enterprise of polymer composite materials

Military

High-quality military polyurethane composite materials

Material and structural characteristics

● High-strength composite material
Made of wear-resistant nylon, Kevlar fibers, or high-density synthetic leather, combining lightweight and tear resistance, with some models featuring waterproof coatings (such as GORE-TEX) to enhance water resistance.

Core functional characteristics

● Waterproof and breathable: Achieved through membrane technology (such as breathable waterproof membranes) to prevent water penetration on rainy days while expelling foot sweat to avoid heat.
● Extreme temperature resistance: Special thermal insulation layers or heat dissipation structure designs to adapt to -30℃ cold regions or high-temperature desert environments.

Protective performance

● Puncture resistance: Composite protective layer embedded in the sole can resist penetration from sharp objects like iron nails and gravel.
● Anti-static/flame retardant: Some models incorporate flame-retardant fibers or conductive materials, suitable for flammable, explosive, or electronically sensitive environments.

Ergonomics and comfort

● Arch support: Designed according to Asian foot shapes to reduce the risk of flat feet or plantar fasciitis.
● Shock absorption system: Midsole layered cushioning technology (similar to sports shoe technology) disperses impact forces to protect knee joints.
● Antibacterial and odor-resistant: Lining made of silver ion antibacterial fabric inhibits bacterial growth, extending continuous wear time.

Special operations models

● Desert combat boots
High-top design prevents sand from entering, with breathable holes in the upper to enhance heat dissipation, and light-colored camouflage coating reduces thermal radiation exposure.

● Mountain combat boots
Deep tread outsole enhances grip, with reinforced ankle support to adapt to rugged terrain.

● Cold region cold-resistant boots
Thick insulation layer (such as wool lining), anti-slip ice claw sole, maintains foot temperature in -40℃ environments.

 Testing and certification standards

Military standard requirements: Comply with the "General Specifications for Military Shoes of the People's Liberation Army" (GJB), passing rigorous tests such as wear resistance (simulated marching over 1000 kilometers) and bending resistance (over 20,000 times).
**Environmental simulation**: Salt spray test (corrosion resistance), high and low temperature cycling test (-40℃~70℃) to ensure reliability.
